“Kaushal Training Centre” is an initiative to holistically create an opportunity for college and university-going students to excel in their studies and conduct themselves to achieve their ultimate dreams.
As a result, together they will make a better family, a beautiful community, and a blessed nation of India. Students from Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Jharkhand have joined Kaushal training.
We pray and aim that all these potential youth will be able to successfully complete this course and get a better job to look after themselves as well as support their struggling families back in the villages.
"Life Center"- Informal Schools
“Life Centres” are working hard to provide educational opportunities to children in need from low-income backgrounds. Even though free education is available in most parts of the nation, there is still widespread illiteracy, especially in rural areas of our nation.
Sometimes this is because the parents don't understand the value of education, and so they don't send children to school. At other times, it may be because of financial condition is poor or no facilities are available locally.
We work with community leaders to create awareness for education and help with informal schools to give a test of education to children and parents. In some cases, we also run adult literacy classes for the grown-ups who have missed the opportunity.
In cities, we provide English education for children who are studying in vernacular schools. We also provide basic computer literacy for children to help them learn an additional skill for the future. An initiative towards self-employment and self-sufficiency.

Safe Drinking Water
Generally in India, 70% of sicknesses are from water-borne diseases. Safe drinking water is a right of every person. We aim to provide subsidized bio-sand water filters with zero maintenance for years of safe drinking water. For a healthy Nation, need a healthy community, and Konnect foundation is committed to " Building our Nation through building communities".
Health and Hygiene
In some regions of India, Health is still a serious challenge. In the Northern States, people die in all three seasons due to extreme heat, extreme cold, or extreme monsoon (floods/famine). Many people die due to ignorance of how diseases spread. Many in rural areas do not allow vaccines for their children even though the government makes them freely available. We aim to organize health awareness programs and primary medical camps to help, especially mothers, to look after their families.
Empowerment Projects
Generally, training has been man's domain, and very rarely women find opportunities for training. This is not right when women are primary caretakers of the provision, nutrition, health, protection, and first teaching on how to live for their children. We organize various development programs to build up their confidence, use their creativity, and help them to be equipped better to do their jobs. We believe the key to bring change in a family, community, and in our Nation is a woman.
Poverty is not because of laziness. Many communities are poor due to a lack of opportunities and “know-how” to support their families. We organize various economic awareness training programs for women to learn new trades that are possible from their homes, to stand on their feet and support their families. We also teach basic management skills so that they can learn to manage with limited resources.
